ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER IV‑RELINQUISHMENT, ABANDONMENT AND EJECTMENT RELINQUISHMENT, PROCEDURE ON EJECTMENT 38. Time for ejectment.‑No order for the ejectment of a tenant shall be executed before the Rabi crop has been harvested and after the Kharif sowing has started, unless the Court for reasons to be recorded, otherwise directs.
