Section Provisions
ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER V‑A 52. Transfer of a succession to the rights of lathband tenants.‑‑‑The provisions of Chapter V relating to alienation of a succession to rights of occupancy shall be equally applicable to the lathband tenants ac defined under section 8 of this Ordinance.
