ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER VI‑IMPROVEMENTS AND COMPENSATION 57. Title of tenants at will to make improvements.‑‑(a) A tenant at will may make improvement` on his tenancy with the assent of his landlord. (b) If at any time the question aries whether or not the landlord assented to the making of an improvement by a tenant at will, the assent may be inferred from circumstances.
