ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER VI‑IMPROVEMENTS AND COMPENSATION 58. Improvements made before commencement of the Ordinance.---‑ Improvements made by a tenant before the commencement of this Ordinance shall be deemed to have been made in accordance with this Ordinance, unless in the case of tenant not having a right or occupancy and lathband tenant if is shown that the improvement was made in contravention of a written agreement between him and his landlord.
