ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER VII‑JURISDICTION AND PROCEDURE JURISDICTION 62. Revenue Officers.‑‑(1) There shall be the same classes of Revenue Officers under this Ordinance as under the Baluchistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, and, in the absence of any order of the Provincial Government to the contrary. a Revenue Officer of any class having jurisdiction within any local limits under that Act shall be a Revenue Officer of the same class having jurisdiction within the same local limits under this Ordinance. (2) The expressions `Collector' and `Board of Revenue' have the same meaning in this Ordinance as in the Baluchistan Land Revenue Act, 1967.
