ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER VII‑ MISCELLANEOUS 91. Retention of powers by Revenue Officers on transfer.‑When a Revenue Officer of any class who, either as such or as a Revenue Court, has under the foregoing provisions of this Ordinance any powers to be exercised `in any local area is transferred from that local area to another as a Revenue Officer or Revenue Court of the same or as a higher class, he shall continue to exercise those powers in that other local area, unless the Provincial Government otherwise directs or has otherwise directed.
