ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 ORDINANCE XXIV OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN TENANCY ORDINANCE, 1978 CHAPTER VIII‑EFFECT OF THIS ORDINANCE ON RECORDS OF RIGHTS AND AGREEMENTS 100. Nothing but rent or seed supplied recoverable. ‑Notwithstanding any thing to the contrary in this Ordinance or in any other law for the time being in force or any revenue record or agreement or any rule of custom or any decision of a Court or arbitrator, no tenant shall be liable for; and no land lord shall be entitled to anything in the shape of a cess, village cess or other contribution or due or any free personal service, in addition to the, rent payable for the land held by the former under the latter.
