Officers of the University.--The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:-- (a) The Chancellor; (b) the Pro-Chancellor; (c) the Rector; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Director of Examinations and Academic Affairs; (f) the Director Finance; (g) the Director of Research and Development; (h) heads of Constituent Units and Faculties; and (i) such other persons as may, be prescribed to be officers by the Board:
