Director of examinations and academic affairs.--There shall be a Director Examinations and Academic Affairs who shall deal with all matters concerning examinations and coordination with constituent and affiliated institutions and shall be responsible for policy-making .coordinating and overseeing all activities relating to academics, research and development.
