ORDINANCE V OF 2000 BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE V OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Bahria University at Islamabad [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 7th February, 2000] F.Nor.2(1)/2000-Pub., dated 7-2-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information: 13. Director (Research and Development).--There shall be a Director (Research and Development) who shall be responsible for providing guidelines and coordinating all arrangements for research and development activities in the University and its Constituent Units. He shall also perform such other duties may be assigned to him by the Rector.
