Heads of Constituent Units.--The Heads of Constituent Units shall be appointed in the manner and on the terms and conditions prescribed who shall, in addition to their positions as academic heads, abide by the academic rules and requirements of syllabi, conduct of examinations etc. prescribed by the University and perform their duties as executive heads of their respective institutions.
