Authorities.--The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-- (a) The Board of Governors; (b) the Executive Committee; (c) the Academic Council; (d) the Faculty Board of Studies; (e) the Selection Board; (f) the Finance and Planning Committee; (g) governing bodies of Constituent Units by whatever name called; and (h) such other authorities as may be prescribed.
