ORDINANCE V OF 2000 BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE V OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Bahria University at Islamabad [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 7th February, 2000] F.Nor.2(1)/2000-Pub., dated 7-2-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information: 23. Finance and Planning Committee.--There shall be a Finance and Planning Committee which shall--- (a) be responsible to make all financial policies and financial rules for the University; (b) approve annual budget estimates of Constituent Units and the University; (c) submit to the Board an annual statement regarding the performance of the constituent; and (d) make recommendations to the Board for approval of the audited statement of accounts.
