ORDINANCE V OF 2000 BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE V OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Bahria University at Islamabad [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 7th February, 2000] F.Nor.2(1)/2000-Pub., dated 7-2-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information: 29. Indemnity and bar of jurisdiction.--(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person or authority for anything which is in good faith done under this Ordinance. (2) No decision taken, or act or thing done, by the Chancellor, the Rector or the Board shall be called in question before any Court or other authority.
