Indemnity and bar of jurisdiction.--(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person or authority for anything which is in good faith done under this Ordinance. (2) No decision taken, or act or thing done, by the Chancellor, the Rector or the Board shall be called in question before any Court or other authority.
