ORDINANCE V OF 2000 BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE V OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Bahria University at Islamabad [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 7th February, 2000] F.Nor.2(1)/2000-Pub., dated 7-2-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information: 37. Disputes about membership of authorities etc.-A person nominated or appointed to any authority shall cease to be a member of such authority as soon as he ceases to hold the position by virtue of which he was nominated or appointed. .
