ORDINANCE V OF 2000 BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE V OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Bahria University at Islamabad [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 7th February, 2000] F.Nor.2(1)/2000-Pub., dated 7-2-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information: 38. Proceedings of authorities not invalidated by vacancies.--No act, proceedings, resolution or decision of any authority shall be invalid by reason only of any vacancy in, or any defect in the Constitution of, or in the appointment or nomination of any member of the authority.
