ORDINANCE V OF 2000 BAHRIA UNIVERSITY ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE V OF 2000 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of Bahria University at Islamabad [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 7th February, 2000] F.Nor.2(1)/2000-Pub., dated 7-2-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information: 39. Interpretation.---Any question that may arise as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of the Ordinance shall be placed before the Board whose decision thereon will be final.
