Amendment of section 18, Act XXVII of 1997.--In the Anti- Terrorism Act, 1997 (XXVII of 1997), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 18, in subsection (1), after the word "Court" the words "or a High Court and. Supreme Court of Pakistan" shall be inserted and shall be deemed always to have been so inserted from the date of the commencement of the said Act.
