Short title, extent and commencement. ---(I) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Tax on Land and Agricultural Income Ordinance, 2000. (2) It extends to the whole of Balochistan except the Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force with effect from the first day, of July, 2000.
