Short title, extent, commencement and application.--(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance. 2000. (2) It extends to the whole of Balochistan except Tribal Areas (3) It shall come into force at once. (4) It shall apply to persons in Balochistan Government service and Corporation service.
