Appeal.--Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, any person aggrieved by any final order under section 9 may, within thirty days of the order prefer an appeal to the Balochistan Service Tribunal established under the Balochistan Service Tribunals Act, 1974 (V of 1974).
