Meaning & Judicial Interpretation: (اردو مفہوم اور قانونی تشریح)

2009 PLD 36 FEDERAL-SHARIAT-COURT Judicial Precedent

Connotation.Military justice means "a situation of punitive measures designated to foster order, morale and discipline within the military. Military Law is the branch of Public Law governing military discipline and other rules regarding service in the armed forces. It is exercised both in peace time and in war, is recognized by civil Courts, and includes rules far broader for punishment of offenders. The procedure prescribed for trial before Military Court is in no way contrary to the concept of a fair trial in a criminal case.
