Record showed that throughout of his admission in M.B.B.S., petitioner had created problems and disturbances in College and had been found repeatedly involved in very serious offences of moral turpitude within College and had committed a number of criminal acts against Principal and teachers

Petitioner had been expelled from Hostel and College for several times, but he had failed to mend his conduct

Petitioner had for several times tried to outrage modesty of female students and by such conduct and behaviour, had badly injured reputation of the College

Petitioner was a nuisance to College, wherefrom he was liable to be expelled in order to provide safeguard to other students and maintain discipline according to set standard

Disciplinary Committee had not committed any illegality or irregularity in passing the impugned order

High Court dismissed constitutional petition while observing that if petitioner submitted unconditional apology, then authorities might consider his case sympathetically under parental jurisdiction.
