Justification
Justification legal meaning, translation and judicial precedents.
Meaning & Judicial Interpretation: (اردو مفہوم اور قانونی تشریح)
Circulation of fake degrees and certificate is a menace to the society and a serious threat to the integrity of both the certificate/degree holder and educational institution that awarded the same
High Court observed that pre-university institutions i.e. Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Technical Boards and Universities are required to adopt a process that can ensure security of information and authenticity of certificate/ degree issued.
Any justification for denying the remedy must be necessary and required strict and cogent justification because if the position was otherwise, the law would be irrational and unfair and public confidence in it would be undermined.
