Standing Medical Board determined age of accused at less than 16 years which was also corroborated by his birth certificate according to which he was stated to be about 15 years and 3 months at the time of occurrence

Accused had been behind the bars for last nine months, challan of case was submitted and he was no more required for the purpose of investigation

Maturity of the mind of accused in the environment and circumstances prevailing at the time of occurrence could be better appreciated by Trial Court after recording of evidence

Minor under the age of 16 years at the time of commission of offence was granted bail under S.10 of Juvenile Justice System Ordinance, 2000, unless exceptional circumstances were found on record

High Court did not find any such circumstances floating on the record to disentitle accused from concession of bail set out for the persons like accused by legislature

Bail was allowed in circumstances.
