For a suit filed under S.8 of Specific Relief Act, 1877, the declaration of entitlement was an inbuilt relief claimed by the plaintiff of such a suit
Once the plaintiff was found to be entitled to the possession, it meant that he/she had been declared to be entitled, which included the declaration of title of the plaintiff qua the property, and this was integrated into the decree for possession
