Court of Prize-Condemnation of ship-Flying voluntarily of enemy flag in wartime conclusive of nationality. Prima facie, the flying of an enemy flag in wartime is conclusive of the nationality of a ship and subjects her to seizure and condemnation in a Court of Prize. If it is done voluntarily it is conclusive.
