As an essential part of administration of judicial proceedings, Courts are required to ensure orderly conduct of parties and counsel who appear before Court.
Advocates are not the puppets compelled to obey the dictates of their clients rather they are responsible to the Court for the fair and honest conduct of a case.
Legal system on the whole flourished by positive and productive cooperation between the Bar and the Bench for ascertainment of the truth and decision of controversies according to the relevant and applicable law
Independent, competent, honest and industrious judicature required an equally independent, dynamic, honest and dedicated Bar in order to effectively provide justice in accordance with law to all members of the society.
Duty of an advocate to maintain toward the Court a respectful attitude, not for the sake of the temporary incumbent of the judicial office, but for the maintenance of its supreme importance
Judges, not being wholly free to defend themselves, were peculiarly entitled to receive the support of the Bar against unjust criticism and clamor; at the same time whenever there was proper ground for complaint against a judicial officer, it was the right and duty of an advocate to ventilate such grievances and seek redress thereof legally.
