Incriminating evidence must be put to accused in his statement under S. 342, Cr.P.C. otherwise the same could not be used against him.
If any incriminating piece of evidence was not put to accused under S.342, Cr.P.C. for his explanation, the same could not be used against him.
Such documents cannot be taken into consideration in trial while convicting accused persons.
