Such like supplementary statements had no value in the eyes of law
No identification parade was conducted in the case, which was a mandatory provision, when accused was not named in FIR
Accused was previous non-convict and was never involved in any other case of such like nature
Offence with which accused was being charged, did not fall under prohibitory clause of S.497, Cr.P.C.
Accused was behind the bars for more than four months, but his trial had not seen any fruitful progress
Investigation of the case was complete and accused was no more required for further investigation, further incarceration of accused in jail would not serve any useful purpose
Case of accused having become one of further inquiry covered by subsection (2) of S.497, accused was granted bail, in circumstances.
