Only limited grounds exist for interfering with ECP's decisions, namely, when these involve the exercise of illegal, or mala fide, or manifestly arbitrary or unjustifiable jurisdiction and discretion by the ECP.
Said presumption of innocence could only be disturbed when it was shown that the Trial Court disregarded material evidence; missed such evidence and received such evidence illegally
No proof had been given by the appellant which merited interference
Appeal against acquittal was dismissed accordingly.
