Duty has been imposed under Art. 75 of Qanun-e-Shahadat, 1984 upon court to exhibit those documents which are primary, and if original documents are not available during trial, documentary evidence was to be tendered through secondary mode after getting permission of court, failing which, document has no evidentiary value in eyes of law.
