Court: ‑‑Sched. & S.7‑Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (Application of Laws) Regulation (II of 1975), S.4 as amended by Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (Application of Laws) Regulation (IV of 1976)‑‑North‑West Frontier Province Pre‑emption Act (XV of 1950), S.31‑‑Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Art.10‑‑Effect of Regulation II of 1974 on existing laws in Provincially Administered Tribal Areas‑‑On commencement of Regulation 11 of 1974 viz. on and after 20th May, 1974, the corresponding provisions of rewaj, custom or usage having the force of law had ceased to have effect and suits were to be governed by Art.10 of Limitation Act and S.31 of North‑West Frontier Province Pre‑emption Act, 1956 and also the residuary Art.120 of the Limitation Act ,1908‑‑Effect of amendment in S.4 of Regulation II of 1975 by Regulation I V of 1976 was exclusion of applicative of Limitation Act, 1908 a,‑d instead application of provisions of rewaj, custom or usage having the force of law and not the provisions of S.31 of North‑West Frontier Province Pre‑emption Act, 1950.
