Validity of pre-emption decree would not be affected due to any sale made during litigation and would be binding on purchaser-
Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), S.52.
Doctrine of lis pendens equally applies to pre-emption suits except in one situation when the sale by vendee is a person having a superior right of pre-emption.
