Signing of nomination paper by seconder does not make it obligatory for such seconder to sign nomination paper by writing his name thereon
Requirement of signing would be fully met if any mark or thumb-impression by him was put on the same
In case of an illiterate person his signing a document would mean his putting any mark or thumb-impression thereon
Word "sign" means 'to approve or ratify a document by affixing signature, seal or any other mark and does not necessarily mean writing one's own name on it.
