Meaning & Judicial Interpretation: (اردو مفہوم اور قانونی تشریح)
More particularly term means a right to have the advantage occruing from anything; any right in nature of property but less than title
Word "interest" is used in Re-statement of property both generally to include varying aggregates of rights, privileges, powers and immunities and distributively to mean any one of them.
Not defined in Act-Word "interest" in its narrow sense however, understood to mean amount one has contracted to pay for use of borrowed money.
