Such Society, though is a body corporate, but is not a company defined under S.2(16(b) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979

Principles

Tax liability for such society, if any, is to be calculated in accordance with Para. A in Part I of the First Sched. of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979.
