Deficiency of Court-fee

S. 149-Deficiency in court-fee-Discretion of Court-Discretion vests in Court to allow defendant to pay deficiency in court-fee at any stage-Such permission being granted and fee paid, fee deemed to have been paid in first instance.[Court fee].
