Presumption of innocence of accusedScope

Accused person is presumed to be innocent until and unless he is proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and this presumption of his innocence continues until the prosecution succeeds in proving the charge against him beyond reasonable doubt based on legally admissible, confidence inspiring, trustworthy and reliable evidence.
