Privilege-A newspaper has no privilege beyond any other member of community in commenting on any matter of public interest-No privilege whatsoever, can be claimed by defendants on account of their position as newspapermen or as journalists-Defendants failing to establish occasion on which news published being a privileged occasion or publication having been made in discharge of some public or private duty publication, held, absolutely protected.
