(illegal gratification using personal influence over public servant), S.383, P.P.C. (extortion), S.415, P.P.C. and S.420, P.P.C. (cheating), and S.9 of the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999---Supreme Court observed that court need not delve deeply into the contours of the various legal provisions or determine the manner of their applicability to the facts of the present case, as that was a job best left to investigating agencies and the trial court, to be decided on the basis of evidence, and that it expected that the Attorney General would set the machinery of the State in motion so that all those who might have committed any illegal acts, including the individuals concerned were pursued and brought to book with the full force and rigour of the law.
