Assembly of Balochistan on 14th October, 2010 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 15th October, 2010 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan. Whereas it is expedient to consolidate and rationalize the law relating to formation of trade unions, regulation of relations between employers and workman and the avoidance and settlement of any differences or disputes arising between them or matters connected ' therewith and ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 75. Penalty for false statement, etc.--Whoever wilfully makes or causes to be made in any application or other document submitted under this Act or the rules made thereunder, any statement which he knows or has reason to believe to be false, or wilfully neglects or fails to maintain or furnish any list, document or information he is required to maintain or furnish, under this Act or the rules made thereunder shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.
