Assembly of Balochistan on 14th October, 2010 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 15th October, 2010 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan. Whereas it is expedient to consolidate and rationalize the law relating to formation of trade unions, regulation of relations between employers and workman and the avoidance and settlement of any differences or disputes arising between them or matters connected ' therewith and ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 79. Offence to be non-cognizable.--Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act V of 1898) no police officer shall be competent to arrest without warrant an employer or a worker for an offence under this Ordinance other than the offence of illegal strike or illegal lock-out continued in contravention of an order made under subsection (3) of section 64.
