ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 33. Delegation.‑‑The Government may, by notification, delegate, subject such conditions as may be specified therein, all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act. 34. Power to amend the Schedule.‑‑The Government may, by notification, amend the Schedule so as to add any entry thereto or modify or omit any entry therein. 35.Power to make rules.‑‑1.
