Indemnity

Act: Anti-Terrorism Act 1997

Section Provisions

ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 39. Indemnity.‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done of intended to be done under this Act.
