President being Head of the State represented the unity of the Republic under Art.41 of the Constitution and as per oath of his office, he had to do right to all manner of people, according to law, without fear or favour, affection or ill-will, in all circumstances
Holder of office of the President would violate the Constitution, if he failed to treat all manner of people equally and favoured any set.
