1949 PLD 72 PRIVY-COUNCIL Judicial Precedent

Family arrangement-Exchange of Property entered into by two brothers-Whether binding on minor sons of one of them. If there was a genuine family dispute and the compromise leading to an exchange of property arrived at was a fair one and for the benefit of the family as a whole, it was binding on the minor sons of one of the parties to compromise.
