S. 15 read with Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Finance memo. No. 1(2)-NC-TMP/71 dated 8-3-1972-Fixation of pay-National Pay Scales-Private limited company though not bound yet itself introducing National Pay Scales in its organisation and giving option to every employee either to opt for new scales or to retain existing scales-Employees opting for new scales in terms of directive and their pays fixed in new scales-Employees, in circumstances, held, could have no grievance as regards fixation of their pays in National Pay Scales, no deduction of any kind made from their pays by employer as alleged, and Authority under Payment of Wages Act, 1936 could not be approached in this regard for redress.-[Industrial dispute].
