Governed by Hindu ,Law in succession and inheritance-Principle of survivorship or acquisition of interest by birth not applicable. A Kutchi Memon governed by Hindu. Law, in matters of succession and inheritance is not governed by the law of survivorship or acquisition of interest in the ancestral property by birth, as in the case of Hindu Joint Family, joint in food, worship and estate.
