Plea of justification-Contention as to publication of impugned news being by way of fair comments for public good on a matter of public interest, held, not impressing there being good deal of difference between a comment and an allegation of fact-Bare reading of news items showing to have contained no comments as such with regard to merits and demerits of SIX POINTS-Statements. held- bare allegations of facts against plaintiff and cannot be considered as comments much less a fair comment.
